What courses can I take?

Courses are labeled Life & Health or Casualty Agents.  Courses labeled ANY Agent can be taken by either life, health or casualty agents..

 

Am I going to be online for hours and hours?

No.   You are only online long enough  to get your course materials (exams and books).  Answers can be faxed or mailed to us.  Or you can go back online and click them in.  Choose Submit Answers.  Instructions are on each exam and book.

 

How do I take more than one course?

Complete each course one at a time but submit them all to us at the same time for greater savings.  Your first course is our regular low price.  Additional hours are only $1.25 per.

 

How do I get test results and get my certificate?

Mark answers to each exam on your answer sheet.  Click them in at  Submit Answers or you can send them by fax to (951) 296-3004 or mail to the address below.  Details on your exam or book.

 

How soon will I get results?

You get instant results and instant certificates with all online courses.  If you get your course materials online and choose to fax or mail your answers, we will grade your exam within 48 hours and send a Certificate of Completion within 10 business days. Want quicker results, read below and see details on your exam.

 

How does the State get my credits and how soon?

We send CE results to the State DOI at the end of every week.  The DOI has up to 30 days to post them.   However, in California, a new $15 service allows posting of your CE credits in 48 hours or less.  See your exam for details or choose this option when you pay online. . . It’s called DOI Credit Rush.

 

How do I pay?
